Leading Strategic Innovation

Leading Strategic innovation
February  1-2 2016

Nearly 90%* of companies around the world believed that they will be disrupted in the next few years. Yet only 40% say that they are adequately prepared.

In today’s fast moving, complex business environment, innovating quickly, reliably and effectively is a key advantage for achieving profitability and growth.

Yet all too often organisations are unable to build the strategic case for innovation or generate new concepts to remain relevant in the market. A gap exists between what they know is needed and what they can accomplish with current leadership styles, cultures and systems.

Second Road’s Leading Strategic Innovation Workshop addresses this gap. We are opening our Thinking Labs to senior leaders, teams, and entrepreneurs so they can learn our proven approach to strategic innovation.

The workshop will give participants a richer and more complete picture of how organisations as a whole can respond to the changing needs of customers and new possibilities in the world.  They will leave knowing how to relate innovation to strategy, influence workplace culture, and overcome obstacles to execution.
