Transformation Programs

Once they have tasted the benefits that design has to offer we are often engaged by our clients to further equip their organisations by deeply embedding design skills and thinking.

We always work with leaders in organisations, people with vision and the mandate to transform ‘business as usual’ into innovative, creative, design excellence.

These programs of work turn organisations into customer-focused innovation houses. They are typically lengthy (12 months plus) and wide-reaching (cross functional capability building).

  • Design projects at all levels within the design continuum
  • Development of leadership to embrace the new thinking and skills of design
  • Training at all levels to introduce design thinking and skills throughout the organisation as is appropriate
  • Project support through consulting and coaching
  • Development of a reporting tool (using our Top down Reporting™ framework) that allows our clients to actively learn and measure success throughout the program.
